Starting a subscription
Pressing Start on the plan you want on the pricing page takes individuals straight to the payment details screen; organizations go through plan confirmation → creating an organization (optional) → payment. Your subscription begins as soon as the payment completes. The credits and seats included with each plan are listed on the pricing page.
Changing your plan
Use Change plan on the billing page to upgrade or downgrade. Upgrades are charged the difference immediately; downgrades take effect on your next billing date. If a downgrade would leave an organization short on seats, a screen for choosing which members to remove appears alongside it.
Changing your payment method
The Payment method button opens the card registration window, where you can swap in a new card. The new card is charged from your next payment onward.
Cancelling your subscription
Pressing Cancel stops auto-renewal from your next payment onward. You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for, and any unused subscription credits expire when that period ends. There's no separate grace period — the paid period simply runs to its end, and the final usable date is shown on screen when you request cancellation. Organizations can still top up credits during this time, but only the Owner can spend top-up credits.
Resubscribing
You can pick a plan and resume either during the remaining paid period after cancelling or after an organization subscription has fully expired. Choosing the same plan you had before resumes it right away; choosing a different one takes you to the billing page. Resubscribing while paid time remains extends that period instead of charging you again.
If this sounds like you
If your current plan card shows a notice that it switches to a different plan on the next billing date, a downgrade is already scheduled. For questions about cancelling a payment or getting a refund, see the Request a refund page.
