Refund requests
Refund policy · how it works
Where to request a refund
In your payment history, every completed payment has a Request refund option where you pick a reason, add details if needed, and submit. The available reasons are: changed my mind, bought the wrong thing, the service didn't meet my expectations, and other (details required).
Refund policy for subscription payments
Subscription and personal plan payments are generally non-refundable. The exception: within 7 days of the payment date, if none of the credits granted by that payment have been used, you can get a full refund. If you've used only part of a one-time top-up, you can request a refund for the unused portion.
Outside those conditions, cancelling your subscription is the alternative to a refund — it stops auto-renewal from your next payment onward.
Refund policy for top-up credits
One-time top-ups are refunded in proportion to the credits you haven't used. Within 7 days of the payment date there's no fee; after 7 days a 10% fee is deducted.
What happens after you submit
Once you submit, you'll see a summary of your unused credits, the refund fee, and the expected refund amount. After review and approval, the refund is issued to the payment method you originally used.
Refunds of unused amounts within 7 days of the payment date qualify as a statutory right of withdrawal, so they are not rejected. Other requests may be rejected depending on the conditions.
Refunds are processed within 5 business days of approval. Depending on your payment method, the money may take additional time to actually arrive.
