Credits & top-ups

Organization-only · top-ups · validity

1

Top-ups are for organizations only

“One-time top-up” is only available in organization workspaces. Personal workspaces can only use the credits included with their subscription plan.

2

Choosing a top-up amount

Pressing Top up on the billing page lets you pick from a set of preset amounts. The larger the amount, the higher the bonus credit rate — up to 8% extra.

3

Spending top-up credits and how long they last

Credits you top up are added to the organization's shared balance, so any member can spend them. Unlike subscription credits they don't reset each month — they stay valid for six months from the top-up date. This is a one-time payment; no recurring charge is set up.

4

Extending the validity period

If you top up ₩100,000 or more before the validity period ends, the expiry on your existing balance is extended to six months from the new top-up date as well. This can be done up to three times. We'll let you know 30 days before any credits are due to expire.

5

The order credits are spent in

Credits are deducted in this order: free, then subscription, then top-up. Within the same type, whichever expires soonest is used first.

6

What's limited after you cancel

Credits you top up stay valid for six months from the top-up date. If validity remains after your subscription expires, you can keep spending them. Without an active subscription, though, new top-ups and adding members are blocked, only the Owner can spend credits, and once the remaining balance runs out plugin access stops.
